During Christmas time, children get dressed up. We take pictures of the children and use them in the Nativity set. The children decorate the tree themselves. We do a Nativity play.

This is a traditional Catalan nativity called Caga Tio. Children feed Caga Tio during Christmas time with fruits, like oranges, tangerines, apples, bananas... and when it's Christmas, they need to wet a stick and hit Caga Tio with it while singing the popular song. After that, kids take his blanket off and find out that Caga Tio has pooped presents.

We had the opportunity to participate in Healthy Early Years Partnership event and make a presentation of Denbigh's case study working for the Silver award. We also attended very interesting workshops to help us improve our skills and knowledge and received our silver award.

We are now finalising the paperwork for the Gold Award, being the first Setting in The Tri-borough to achieve a Gold in Emotional Wellbeing.

 Once again time has come to say goodbye to our children moving on to new schools. We are very proud of their progress and we wish them the best in the future. We hope they come back to visit!

We met at Hyde Park for our Annual International Family Picnic and Sports Day. Being very lucky with the weather, we enjoyed traditional food from all over the world, kindly donated by families. We also had our Sports Day with races and fun games.

We celebrated Father's Day with a special Forest School Day at Holland Park. Children and daddies had lots of opportunities to participate in Forest School activities, exploring Nature and having so much fun!

We have been very happy to have Chickenshed for 5 sessions at Denbigh as part of our partnership with TRI-music together Programme. Our children had the opportunity to take part in exciting storytelling sessions, improve their social and language skills and enjoy the performances. A huge thank you to Chickenshed team!
